From within the Contact record, a new tab called Lender Criteria has been implemented. There is no limit to the amount of different Lender Criteria’s that can be saved per client.

Search through clients to match your unlimited saved Lender Criteria’s.

Establishing Sale Leaseback
From within the Contact record, when Sale Leaseback is selected in the Select Responsibility (Investor) field, a new field displays Sale Leaseback Role allowing multiple selections.
We built Foundry with a many to many architecture, meaning, no duplicate data and contacts can belong to as many companies, properties and deals as needed.
