Installed 80 LifeSize HD video conferencing seats in 50 cities, 48 LG displays & ceiling mounted systems and soft clients for the portable devices.

Managed project for BofA USCG implementation and migration to Global Client Management System (GCMS) application. This bank wide application pioneers USCG into worldwide client & contact interaction. Planned, coordinated and executed division wide project that included data migration from Notes Client Profile to a DB2 main frame, workstation analysis & upgrade project, unit communication scheduling & migration, defining the training program as well as training an additional level of client support staff. Project was completed ahead of schedule and below budget. Managed & coordinated USCG staff along with other supporting services (IBM/ISSC Chicago, BASE).
